Carbon Pricing Student Testimonials

Today's young people will be the most effected by climate change, and we their voices are powerful in demonstrating support for climate action. The idea for the carbon pricing student testimonials project came from a desire to share young people's support for carbon pricing at the 2017 UN Climate Change Convention in Bonn, Germany. Our Climate and Years of Dangerously worked to combine photos of students with quotes on why they support carbon pricing into a video. The  testimonials are shared with members of Congress in lobby meetings, at CCL conferences, and with climate leaders.

If you would like to contribute to the carbon pricing student testimonials project, please go into this google presentation and read the instructions for participating on the second slide.

Tip: Our experience with this project has shown that just emailing the link to students does not prompt much participation. The most effective way to collect testimonials is in person where students can get their photo taken and write their one sentence testimonial on the spot. Have them fill out this form, take their photo, and insert both into the presentation. If you have any questions, please contact
